I highly recommend the practitioners at this center to everyone! They are wonderful to work with and exceptional trainers. Thank you all!
The 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training course offers a comprehensive experience similar to our full educator training programs. It’s perfect for individuals with limited time, those who want to deepen their personal practice without the immediate goal of teaching, or practitioners looking to enhance their existing teaching certification with additional hours.
Due to the challenges of modern life, such as limited time and daily responsibilities, acquiring profound knowledge through traditional yogic methods may seem impossible within a single lifetime. The fast-paced nature of today's world often distances individuals from true wisdom. Therefore, a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching yoga becomes essential to bridge this gap and make learning more accessible.
All of these insights and considerations led to the creation of the 100-Hour Teacher Training Course (TTC). This course can be completed twice, accumulating 200 hours over a span of 3 years. The flexibility of this program addresses challenges such as the inability to commit to a full month at once and the financial burden of upfront payments.
This program goes beyond the typical guidelines of the standard 200-hour Yoga TTC. It offers a flexible yet personalized approach to learning, allowing individuals to gain health and well-being at their own pace. The 100-Hour TTC serves as a foundational course for beginners, but it remains just as challenging and enriching as the full 200-Hour TTC.
Assignments, presentations, participation, and other activities will be assessed, with feedback provided in the first two weeks. Attendance, consistency, reliability, open discussions, and the final practical exam will be evaluated at the end of the following contact session (the third and fourth weeks).
